HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

Narimex, spol. s r.o. Bratislava was founded in May of 1990. Since its foundation, it has been involved in the sale of hand-held power, pneumatic, hydraulic and high-frequency tools and accessories, tools, anchoring equipment, technical brushes, abrasive materials, communal tools, torque wrenches, and protective work accessories.

Narimex spol. s r.o. focuses on the sale of high-quality tools imported mainly from German and US manufacturers. Highly useful features of this tool range are intended for large-scale and mass industrial production and energy production and maintenance. The main buyers of this type of tools are organizations focused on industrial production, steelmaking, mechanical engineering, power industry, automobile industry, etc.

Narimex, spol. s r.o. provides its clients with a wide range of customer service, including consulting for all sold tool brands, their joint specification with the client, the provision of selected tool samples and tools, their implementation into production and technological supervision during the test operation. Technical training of the client´s operators for the specific range of products are a matter of course. They are organized in cooperation with manufacturers and in addition to staff training, they serve to exchange information useful in the development and production of tools and instruments by the supplier.

In our company, we place high emphasis on the quality of the services and solutions provided, as well as on the quality of the processes and the internal functioning of the company. For this reason, we have introduced a quality management system in line with the ISO 9001: 2009 international standard, the ISO 14001: 2005 environmental management system and the ISO 18001: 2009 Occupational Safety and Health Management System.

Since 1991, Narimex, spol. s r.o. offers post-warranty services for BOSCH hand-held power tools. During the many years of service, the offered range was extended too include REMS, DEWALT hand tools, BOSCH air tools, and GESIPA riveting technology. Since 2001, the company offers its clients the accredited calibration of torque wrenches up to 4,600 Nm in its calibration laboratory, as well as repairs of GEDORE and RAHSOL torque wrenches and torque multipliers. In 2013, we obtained TUV certification for repairs, expert inspections and expert examinations.

Since 2001, Narimex, spol. s r. o. offers to its clients the possibility of creating a consignment warehouse directly at the customer´s premises enabling supplies from this warehouse in the form of internal requests and receipts. A specific project was implemented at SES Tlmače, where, in the course of 2001, direct on-line supply to individual plants, and tool warehouses without intermediate warehouse was achieved, thereby brining to the client extensive savings of costs expended on inventory and staff at the department of purchasing and warehouse management.

Narimex, spol. s r. about. has more than 77,000 items in its inventory within the tool and instrument segment, however, the comprehensive offer includes more than 150,000 items from all current suppliers that can be delivered to customers in a short period of time. Together with the offered range of services, this is an extensive offer that every industry-focused client can choose from.
